2. Scope of Services

Our services are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor, and the information provided should not be construed as investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for consulting with appropriate professionals for specific advice.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your financial situation. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the information provided by OTOCO BASE WY LLC - The Lilicy.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement. Payment is due as specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat all your personal and financial information with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

OTOCO BASE WY LLC - The Lilicy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
